I called and left Omeno a voice mail explaining
how we don't have access to any passwords on the
apple side. I let Omeno know that he can come in
and we can try and assist them but without their
information their isn't a lot we can do.

When iPads go out and get set up the end user
creates their own log in information. We would not
be able to get them their passwords/log in info.

The ipad has a bunch of material on it, and it
says it needs to update.  However, it can't update
because of an Icloud issue (they don't know the
password).
