I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it on
the machines, i also switched the port the
Ethernet cable was plugged into because it wasn't
working

Adam - This printer has been changed on Krusty. 
Please help everyone in WUC 119 that needs to use
this printer delete the old CR-Resume and add the
new CR-Resume

Sent the mac address to Paul for a change in DHCP.
 After that change is made, I can work on Krusty.

They said they moved it from another place within
the room but a tech set it up.  Its offline and
needs a new MAC Address to get online

SLCD called to say that the issue is not resolved.
The printer is "offline" again and the queue is
backed up.

Please find out the host name of the printer

They just put in a new printer but they are unable
to print to it from any computer. When they
attempt to print to it, the printer does not
respond at all.

The power lite is on but saying that the printer
is offline.
