A MacBook Pro needs to be setup and delivered
(GFA) to Heidi Coley in the writing center (APSC
301). The W# is 20120400. The equipment is located
on the shelf across from the restroom in ITC 009.

Per discussion with Heidi and Tricia, Heidi has
requested a MacBook Pro.  I've given the Dell back
to Tricia, as it hadn't been deployed to Heidi yet.

A dell laptop needs to be setup and delivered to
Heidi Coley in the Writing Center (APSC 301). This
is a GFA setup. The New laptop is W# 20111084 and
the old laptop is W#20080434. The laptop is
located on the counter in the inventory area.

She would like to know if she is up for a new
computer since it is a 2008 and is having
problems. If not then she would like to have the
techs wipe it clean and start over. 

Her computer is having multiple issues:
1) The battery is not holding a charge at all. She
has to have it pulled in to work. 
2) It is running very slow, took about 2 minutes
for Firefox to open up. 
3) Sometimes her drives do not show up under my
computer.  She usually re-starts the computer a
couple times and then it they will appear. 

She said that the wifi connection may have to do
with her location being on the edge of campus
because it is very slow in her office but gets
faster when she is here.
