Hard drive was installed into computer in MNB 222.
 Everything is working well and have not heard
anything since installation took place.

An EMS representative will be remotely installing
the Arcadia Viewer software this morning.  Once
that is finished, the hard drive can be swapped
out with the unit in MNB 222

I just received this notification, but the MNB 222
classroom computer is still not working.  There is
a class in there now that will get out at 1:00pm.
 We still have a laptop hooked up in there until
the computer is working but this is really not
ideal.  If someone can stop in this afternoon that
would be great- thank you!

She has also tried a hard reset on the machine.

When she tries to start the computer an error
message comes up before the log in page.  Error
says "startup repair, windows cannot start up
repair automatically."  She is supposed to click
finish and restart computer but the same error
message keeps coming back up. She never gets to
the login page. Computer is located in MNB 222.
