Adam - to help set up Outlook on a computer, you
will have to follow the steps outlined in the

When she tries to get on Outlook an error comes up
and says that she needs to setup and she tries to
do that but then tells her to configure an email.
 She has not been able to get it set up since this
error.  Arne can see it on his Outlook but her
computer won't finish the set-up.  She is
connected to internet.
