Installed Photoshop. Updated firefox and office suite. Set on front 
desk. She said she would come by and get it in the morning.

She dropped off her computer again. Reimaging meow

Katherine came in and picked up her laptop because
she needs it for tomorrow. 
When she brings it back it will be ready for the
re image. I confirmed with her that everything she
needs is saved else where.  

When she plugs in with the charger she has, it
sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.  If
possible, she would like her charger replaced if
we have one to swap out.

She dropped off her computer.  It is now up front.

Left VM

The laptop sees heavy usage and is running
programs very slow and lagging. The power cord
also has issues as it does not always charge. The
mouse pad is also sticking.  She is concerned that
she doesn't know how to save iphoto pictures
anywhere else and doesn't want to lose all of her
pictures.
