she is using RDP for - the terminal servers or her
own machine.

When she tried to open PP on her remote desktop it
says adobe updater is needed with admin
privileges.  And then she tries to use PP and it
never lets her create anything with options.  When
I look at my PP she doesn't have the same options
I do, most is asking her to do custom stuff.  She
would like all the options and when she tried to
close it, it freezes.  When she tries to log off
and back on everything still freezes.  Word opened
fine, she thinks it is just the PP not working. 

Linda at the front can let you in her office to
get this fixed asap.
