Adam Fyffe	Jan 16, 2013 12:27 PM	Ive been told ED-Guppy is a secure printer and when I try and add it it says access denied. Loggin name is halek, needs access to this printer. She also has an error appear each time she starts her computer that she needs the windows activation code. On screen it says she does not have a genuine version of windows. Joshua Johnson	Jan 15, 2013 08:20 AM	We had a new Graduate Assistant that just started working for the College of Education, and her computer, #20101175 located in ED #101 needs to be networked to the printer downstairs in Eduction #166, printer #20080297 HP P4515X. We tried to do this ourselves, but it says we don't have the credentials, so if you could please send somebody over to get her hooked up to her printer, that would be super.
