Reinstalled the printer and drivers.  Everything
was working.  Kimber can contact us if she notices
her printer is giving her troubles again.

She is getting a printer error that says the
printer settings are prohibiting you to print. 
She tried selecting the printer as a default but
she can't work around the error message.
