In researching the request, we have come to the
conclusion that the person can work through the
server just fine.  Please disregard the request. 
If we find, in the future, that this resolution
isn't sufficient, we'll go ahead and make a
request through the proper channel.

Hello,

I was wanting to touch base regarding this service
request.  Is there any update on whether or not
FileMaker Pro 12 will be purchased for this
computer:  20080486[Edit Inv]?  If so, I will wait for that
purchase request to come through for the licensing.

check with Darla Campbell when you have
software/computer requests for COE personnel.

Hi Tiffany,

I have received a service request from a student
employee - Tyler Ciscell and I am hoping you are
the person I should contact.  This service request
is to upgrade FileMaker Pro from 9 to 12. 
FileMaker is a licensed product and there are no
available licenses to make the upgrade.  If this
is something that needs to be upgraded, a purchase
request would need to be submitted from the ED
department.  If you are not the right point of
contact, could you please let me know who else I
could contact?

This station and user are not licensed for
FileMaker v12.  If they are needing it they need
to talk with there department (maybe specifically
Tiffany Smith).  There is other staff in ED who
have FMP12 as of this Fall but they have no
licenses left to disperse.
