Good morning Leonard,

I have looked into the details of the laptop you
had asked about replacement of via Service
Request#49423.  This is a fairly new laptop
hardware wise and should run great.  It would not
be up for replacement until a year from now at the
earliest. We have just started doing the W#2008s
and will be working on replacement of those
stations over the next year.  I have moved the
Service request #49423 over to our tech list and
they should be contacting you in order to perform
updates and diagnostic to make sure everything is
running smoothly.

Laptop is not due for an upgrade and is in fact
decent hardware wise.  The soonest this would be
up for replacement is a year from now.  It sounds
like it has just been sitting idle and may needs
lots of updates run etc.  Please perform
any"cleanup" and updates and make sure it does not
have and problems

Laptop has been sitting around not in use. He was
wondering if he could get a new replacement for it. 
If not it will need to be cleaned and updated for
use in out of state registration.
