Hello~ Could someone please tell me the status of
maintenance kit that has been ordered for the WOU
machine listed below?

Would you know when the kit will be on campus and
will be replaced?

This is the printer that jams daily.

printer is still jamming and when someone tries to
pull paper out it gets stuck.  Told her how to
connect to another printer in the building.

Lori ordered a maintenance kit. Fixed the jams
yesterday, but keeps jamming.

There are 20 people that print to this printer.
None of them are able to print

Hi~ We have a printer in Todd Hall room 308 that
is jamming ALL of the time.  We have reported this
issue several times.  The WOU id# is 20040642.  We
have at least 20 faculty printing to this printer.
 I have unjammed it what seems to be every hour. 
Could someone PLEASE come and fix the problem? 
The problem occurs every other time someone prints
to it.
