****This is an email****
Hi Faye,

I was looking over your service request and
noticed you are trying to use the Print Screen key
on your keyboard to print to a printer. The Print
Screen key only takes a snapshot of any
application you have open and showing on your
computer. It does not send a print command to a
printer. Once you have taken a snapshot using the
Print Screen key, then it allows you to copy and
paste that snapshot into something like Paint or
Microsoft Office such as Word. From there, you
would have to use a print command (Ctrl+P) to send
a job to a printer.

Please let me know if this information is helpful
to you.

Thank you,
Lori

Faye is not able to use her print key on her
keyboard. When she uses the print key she is not
able to print. She is able to print when not using
the print key. She has tried to reconnect the
printer and the issue still there.
