Hi Dianna,

We have a printer that will be going into the
President's office.  Megan and I mentioned it to
him yesterday while we were there working on his
Outlook issue, but we weren't quite sure when he
would like it installed.  If there is a time that
would be convenient for him, we can swing by and
install it.  We would need access to his account
for part of the setup, so it would be best to have
him logged in, but we dont want to take up much of
his time.  The install will be pretty quick - just
hooking up the printer and installing drivers. 
Could you please let me know when might be a good
time to get this set up for him?
