Printer wasn't jammed when I went over there but
they are having problems with tray 1 being
default.  Need to switch it so it does not pull
from tray 1.  Maintenance Kit was at 14% life.

She was printing 30 copies of a poster and it
jammed.  The screen said it was jammed and to open
rear drawer and top drawer to check for jam.  She
looked and did not see anything.
