The equipment has been moved to the shelf across
from the restroom.

A dell laptop needs to be setup and delivered
(GFA) to James Reed in NPE 213. The new laptop W#
is 20111085 and the old laptop W# is 20080447. The
equipment is located on the counter in the
inventory area.

Updated. Gave him admin rights and put all of his backed up files 
on the C: drive in a folder called "frederickd".

Task reassigned to Andrew Gandara.

When he tries to start up the computer it gives
him options to start normally, start up with
newest configurations and safe mode.  None of
these get him anywhere, it always brings him back
to that page.  He can't get anywhere on the computer.

Computer name is user Isaac Frederick but needs to
be changed over to James Reed but he goes by
Chris.  He logs on as Isaac and needs it to be
changed over to his username.  All the same
software and files needs to be the same as Isaac
profile though.
