I left directions on how to add printers since
each user needs to add them.  His account now has
the 3 printers.  

**They also have a receipt printer that is connect
and responds to the computer but I think the
settings where thrown off when someone tried
printing a PDF from it.  I cannot find the correct
settings since the printer looks like it is from
the 80s.  They got the printer from the lib so I
told them to contact them for the proper settings.
 If they cannot figure it out with lib personnel
they will call us back.

He is available in the TRC today till 4; Monday
8-10am;Tuesday 1-3; Wednesday 8-10am, 4-8pm.

Kyle Khoury is still having problems with
connecting to the printers.  It looks like it's
only his profile that has this issue.

I work in the technology resource center and the
main desk computer is not registering the
printers. I am not sure if its only when I am
logged in if it does this for my other co workers
but my boss still wanted me to put in a service
request for it. The computer does not see the 3
printers in our room so we cant even click those
to print. The computer sees our receipt printer
but it wont print to it. the computer number is
20090572[Edit Inv] and is the one at the main desk thank you!
