The WOU# of the machine is 20090572[Edit Inv]. The printer
itself has a sticker that reads "Property of
Library and #50593."

But I don't think it's the printer itself. Every
now and then it will print, but most of the time
they just don't. show up Your student worker was
here yesterday for several hours trying different
things, but he was unable to resolve it and
recommended I talk to the library or someone else
in UCS, which was why I was sending it to Dale as
well.

We really do rely on this printer for all the
equipment checkouts.

Dale (or someone else in UCS who might be able to
help),

The receipt printer attached to our front desk
machine here in ITC 204, which prints out receipts
for equipment checkouts, now fails to print most
of the time. It appears to be a driver issue, not
an equipment malfunction. It was working fine
until a week or so ago. A UCS student worker
swung by yesterday and took a look at it and was
unable to fix it. Dale, I know you've had
experience with these types of printers from your
work in the library. Could you take a look? Or
is there someone else who could?

Thanks,
Scott
