I was looking at your service request regarding
your printer.  I am going to set up a security
group on your printer which will allow only
certain people the ability to print to ED-Budget.
 If you can provide me with a list of users that
should have the ability to print to this printer,
I will get that going for you.

She is having alot of people printing to her 
printer and she doesn't want people to be 
printing it. She wants to know if we can change 
the name to her personal name so that people 
don't think that it's a general printer to use.
