Lori Burgeson	Jan 29, 2013 10:08 AM	Laptop has been set up. Accessed old HD to find out what programs were installed and tried reinstalling all the programs I could. Some are licensed and are not in our licensing inventory, so they must be pieces of software that were paid for through his department or personally owned. Emailed him letting him know his laptop is ready to be picked up or if he preferred, I could drop it off. Waiting for reply.	Add Attachment
Lacey Davis	Jan 29, 2013 09:31 AM	A dell laptop needs to be setup and delivered to Dave Olson in ITC 306B. The new laptop W# is 20111083. The old laptop W# is 20081015. Inventory needs to be updated when you hear back from Dave so we know if it is going into storage or if it will be kept for parts.	Add Attachment
