I have put this back on shelf between my desk and
restroom with Invoice and Redemption codes.  Let
me know if you have any questions about the setup

They will need to create a unique Apple ID that
does not have any credit card info attached(for
details: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534  )
Then when that is set up on the iPad to get apps
onto iPad go to AppStore, select Featured tab,
then scroll all the way to the bottom and select
REDEEM.  One at a time you do this with the
redemption codes I have put with the invoice(3
codes for PAGES, NUMBERS, and KEYNOTE).  The apps
stick with the Apple ID they are redeemed and
cannot be transferred.

An apple ipad needs to be setup and delivered to
the Study Abroad office. The W# is 20120619[Edit Inv]. It is
located on the shelf across from the restroom. A
keyboard cover goes with it.
