Ken is going to bring his laptop back in when he
gets back from a conference in early March. His
laptop needs to be re-imaged.

We got the replacement part from dell this

His computer won't find wireless connections.  I
couldn't see a wireless network adapter device
from devices and printers or from the network
settings.  There was not a wifi entry from
ipconfig/all either.  

It's a Dell laptop, Windows 7.  

Ken says that this has been happening off and on 
for about a year.  Usually he'll power cycle it
and he'll be able to connect.
