Swapped back out with the loaner. Got her drives re-saved into her 
favorites and everything setup.

Can you try this an see if it fixes the problem? 
If this doesn't fix it, please assign a tech to 
re-image her mac.

Was able to roll version back to 1.6.29
Banner still doesn't work. Even going to a Java test site doesn't 
work. Michael said he will look into it.

Logs into the portal just fine, but when she clicks on the banner 
button, it loads a blank white page. It was working Friday when 
she tried but not this morning. She is using a mac. Didn't work 
on Safari or Firefox. 
Called Mike Soukup and he said Java needs to be uninstalled and 
reinstalled. Have to run to class.
She can not do any work until this is fix.
