1. She has been having issues with PowerPoint. 
She could see the file in her dropbox but couldn't
get the PowerPoint to come back on the computer. 
When she gave the file to her boss, the PowerPoint
did not load correctly. 

2.  group r in her I: drive is not consistently
showing up.  Sometimes she can get in and others
she can't.

3. She would like remote desktop on her Mac and
shown how to use.

Hello

I have a MacAir and am having some problems with
it that is leading me to believe the software
might have been added incorrectly to the system. I
need to make an appointment for someone to come to
my office to check it plus some other issues.

Please let me know how I can set that up?
