Hi,

The printer is still printing black streaks. 
Someone left a note in my box while I was gone
yesterday afternoon that the "toner is damaged;
return and get new toner," written on a supplies
status page that indicates the toner is at 89%,
but I'm not sure what this means. TRC Bones is a
student lab printer, which has always been
serviced by UCS.  Students are complaining that
they are using their print credits and getting
shoddy output.  Can we get it fixed?

Toner is damaged.

Printed out a supplies page and it was changed out
on 1-17-2013

I told them to return it and get a new one.

Can you please assign this to UCS tech when the
paper has been delivered?  Also, to change the
description as well please?

Hi,

Our main lab printer, TRC-Bones, has been
consistently printing black streaks and students
are complaining.  We took out the cartridge and
shook it, but it's still happening  Does it need
to be replaced?

Plus we're down to one ream of paper, when someone
gets a chance to restock.
