They switched out the toner today before I got
there and it was still printing weird so I looked
inside the machine and there was black
construction paper jammed inside.  I removed the
paper and it printed fine.

Watched a vid on how to clean and it shows to
replace the drum inside the toner.  Order drum and
install or new toner completely?
