called to say he figured out the problem.

His user profiles are different.  Usually he'll
login from a list of 4 or 5 profiles.  It'll first
be administrator, he'll log out then click on
Gibbons and load his desktop.  Now it asks for a
password that he doesn't remember.  

He's available from 8-10, and 1-5 tomorrow
(Wednesday).
