Description: computer not responding-gets error

I was wondering if you were still having profile issues? If so, when 
are you available all week? We can send a tech out to take a look at 
your computer when you are available.

He is available anytime today, door is unlocked as

He has tried powering on and off 3 times this
morning and profile still won't load.  There is no
error message, just never actually loads anything.
 He has let it sit for about 2 hours and when he
came back it, the icons were there but when he
tried clicking on some it said windows is not
responding.

He has class 11-12 but the door will still be
unlocked.
