normally a pack of paper every 3 or 4 days.  Maybe
up to 6 pages at a time.

printer is in APSC 408 front desk area

Last time this happened someone came over and
restarted the printer and then it was working for
a few weeks. It is now having the same issue and
they have tried restarting and the printer is
still displaying the same error.  Sometimes a
print job will go through but the error eventually
comes back and they have to keep restarting.  They
are not able to print anything when the error is
displayed.
