1.Her monitor is all black but the power button is
green.  She connects her laptop to her monitor and
has all the right cables but still no screen is
showing.

2.  She also needs her J: and X: and H: drive
mapped back on her computer.  She has all the
rights for them still but she had her computer
worked on and those drives aren't showing up now.

3. She needs Thunderbird back on her laptop as
well.  She had it before but needs it to get
reconnected to her WOU mail.
