the switch port went screwy. I moved it to a
different port on the switch and now all is well.
 Her cable is back to where it was.

Paul:  today, it seemed as though someone's normal
port was turned off and a different one across the
room was activated.  Is there any way to switch
that back?

The network jack stopped working. Plugged into the jack across the 
room and it worked. Needs to have original plug activated again. 
The only thing that the plug says is 12B. There is a working 
telephone port and a network port that both says 12B on them.

internet or drives.

Hadn't used computer since last friday. Tried to
use it today and was not able to access any of the
network drives.  She needs to be able to use her
H. I. and L. drives. She has tried restarting
computer.
