Made sure all printers and drivers were removed
from print management.  added printer from krusty
and printed test prints from Outlook, Word, and
notepad successfully.

She called and is available until 5 today. She
might be in on Wed, will call.  She will also be
here on thursday, but not necessarily in her office.

I tried deleting all the drivers and reinstalling
them.  restarting the computer.  did this about 3
times and it didnt work.  Ive done these in the
past and this is the fix.  Im not sure why its not
working.

KellyAnn is still having issues printing, but now
a page actually prints with an error message on
it.  Attached is a scan of the sheet that printed.

She was not there but I went on her computer and
deleted the drivers and uninstalled the printer. 
I left directions to restart the computer and
reinstall drivers off krusty.  I also asked for
her to call and tell us if it worked.

Hello-  One of our Nursing faculty is unable to
print to the networked printer in our workroom
(MNB 219).  The faculty is KellyAnn Garthe and
she¿s in office MNB 214.  The printer she¿s trying
to print to is NU-Saline on krusty, and when she
tries to print to it she gets an error message
that say ¿missing attribute.¿
