I apologize for not getting back to you. Yes, I am still having the 
problem but I was told that I would need to be here for you to fix 
the problem and since it is the end of the term I have been 
swamped with students. Let me contact you with a time during

Description: Lost Safari bookmars/homepage.  

I was wondering if you were still having this issue? If so, what times 
are you best available the rest of this week and next week?

She opened a Safari browser and instead of her
usual wou homepage, a page about kittyhawk came
up.  All of her bookmarks are also gone.  Would
there be a way for her to restore the bookmarks?  

She is also concerned about why this happened. 
She is a little worried that someone might be
accessing her computer a night.  

She is available till the end of today and
tomorrow from 10-11.
