Could not install motherboard because the original
motherboard would not come unattached.  Need to
ship laptop to Dell for repair

When he tries to start up the computer it gives
him a start normally option and repair option.  If
he tries the normally, it gets to the Windows icon
and never gets anywhere.  If he tries the repair,
it starts to repair and then says cannot
automatically repair and contact admin.  It was
working great for the first week or so and now
this error won't go away for the last few days.
