Cascade was out yesterday and today.  They will be
back out early next week to fix all the library
printers.

Work Order #: 209160 has been submitted with
Cascade Maintenance.  Someone should be out next
week to look at the printer

Tried calling Cascade to get a service order made
for this printer, but they must have today off.

Tray have been switch out with an HL Ref printer.
 Prints fine now.

Old tray has something broken in it that does not
push the paper up.

Testing all day and keeps jamming for all the
stuff they need to be printing.

Printer says there is a jam but when you go to
check it nothing is jammed up and the print jobs
aren't being completed.  They will stop in the
middle.  She opens the area where the printer says
there is a jam but there is never actually a jam
in there and then pulls out the paper trey to
look.  The print job with continue but will
eventually jam up quickly after.
