Actually, cancel that service request.  I forgot
that UCS set us up with a special login and
password for that system so the software could run.

Hi,

We have special equipment for doing transcription
on a machine in the TRC (ITC 204) and the
Start-Stop Universal Transcription software that
operates it is no longer working.  Could someone
stop by and look at it?  The WOU # is 20110093[Edit Inv].
