She called to check on the status. She said it is 
printing reams of paper over and over again.

The name of it is MatLab on BART
and I just went down there and there was almost a
whole ream of paper on the printout tray.   It has
totally strange font on it.    One student said,
"oh hey, maybe there is all the print jobs that it
hasn't printed for the past month."    So I'm
thinking it may have some real issues going on
with it.

I do not have a service request order for it from
the past.   Sorry.  I know that I have called it
in previously and I'm thinking that this problem
may have been fixed earlier but has come back
possibly.

Hello UCS Service Request,

I know this has been turned in previously but I
wanted to do it in writing to track it this time.

The printer in MNB 112 prints with great bit black
smudges down the page making copies from it really
bad and they are unusable.   Could we please get
someone to fix this as soon as possible?
