When she got her new Mac laptop 20120365[Edit Inv], she also
ordered an additional charger.  Then one of the
two chargers was discovered to be faulty.  She
brought the faulty one into UCS (before winter
break) and hasn't heard back.  She would like to
have a working one returned or for the index # to
be refunded.
