Hi Lori,

I still have not received the part for your
computer and am hoping to receive it tomorrow.
The part wasn't approved until later in the day
yesterday, so it is possible that it wont arrive
until tomorrow. As soon as I receive it, I will
install it and get your laptop back to you.

Thank you,
Lori

The compute is currently making the noise, and I
can hear it over the phone. It sounds like a fan
is running too fast

Megan and I went to check this out, but Lori's
laptop was running normally. She will contact us
when she hears the fan running loudly again. This
will allow us to find out which part we would need
to replace.

The computer is making a loud over-working noise
with the fan. She has tried restarting her
computer and used can-of-air to clean it out but
it is still making the loud noise. The noise goes
away when she turns it off.
