Swapped out Maintenance Kit but it did nothing. 
Tried a test page but it did not print. The 
screen on the printer is not working.

This printer says it needs a maintenance kit. 
Please replace this and login to a machine there.
 Try to print a test page to this printer.  If it
prints, close out the ticket.  If it doesnt, send
it back to USC Tech with an update including any
error messages seen.

The printer in the ED lab room 111 will not print
and when menus on the printer itself were tried it
did not respond at all. Not able to be turned off
but all cords appear to be plugged in and working
fine. The error message "Printer status is no
available at this time." appears on users screen
when they attempt to print.
