Refer to ticket 49639.  Cascade was out today and
they will be back early next week with a slew of
parts to repair the printers.

They have to go over to fix the printer all the
time and there is no actual jam.  The message
keeps popping up and saying there is a jam but
there is no jam.  The upper part of the printer is
popping up while it jams.  There are no jobs that
are completed.
