Also, she's only available on that computer on Monday's, 
Tuesday's, and Friday's.

The computer has problems selecting text and moving things 
around and it isn't isolated to just Microsoft Office. The problem 
occurs in other programs as well and it apparently only happens 
on her profile. It isn't an issue with her profile though as she 
doesn't encounter this problem on her other computer when she 
logs in.

I ran Microsoft fixit, updated the mouse drivers, repaired Microsoft 
Office (just in case), did a full system scan in Malwarebytes on the 
computer and her H drive, and ran CCeaner. The scan in 
Malwarebytes turned up two problems with her registry so I used 
to program to fix them. The problems were:

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Sys
tem|NoDispScrSavPage (PUM.Hijack.DisplayProperties) -> Bad: (1) 
Good: (0) -> Quarantined and repaired successfully.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows 
NT\SystemRestore|DisableConfig (Windows.Tool.Disabled) -> Bad: 
(1) Good: (0) -> Quarantined and repaired successfully.

I restarted the computer but wasn't able to get back in to see if my 
changes took effect. We need to call her Monday morning to check 
to see if she's still having the problem. If she is, I reccomend re-
imaging her computer. The best time to do that would be in the 
afternoon since she uses that computer in the morning.

I repaired MS Office and excel seemed to be
working fine. Darla is out of the office till
Monday so we will need to check back to make sure
it's working correctly for her.

She had someone come take a look 2 weeks ago for
an issue in Excel.  They were able to fix most
issues but now everything is back to not working.
 If she tries to highlight one/multiple cells it
loses it.  Seems to only be an issue with
highlighting and copy/paste stuff.  Drop down is
not responding correctly either.  She has also
tried restarting and the issue is still the same.
 Front desk computer in Ed 202.  

Anyone can come take a look, no locked door or
anything.  8-5
