Also, their info desk needs to let users know that
the wireless toggle switch needs to be in the on
position when logging on after taking the laptop
with them

Please call Angie.  Ask her if she is having
students login hard-wired into the network before
they leave the information desk.  Students have to
cache their login credentials before they can take
it and use it wirelessly or off campus.

Laptop 20110029[Edit Inv] says ¿no log in server available¿
when students try to log into it. I don¿t have any
problems logging into it. I have taken it out of
commission until you have a chance to come over
and fix it. Thanks!
