The printer is located in ED 202

The main printer in the education building says 
that it has a jam. they have looked all around the 
printer that she could see. Even pulled the 
cartridge out to no avail. The printer will not 
print from the tray but it will print from the 
manual feed. This issue is affecting about 10-15 
people.
