Ran gpupdate/force.  Drives seemed to load up
well.  Paul worked on the network side of things
to speed up the rate at which Jeff would get
network access.  Jeff will contact me if he
notices anything else out of the ordinary happening

Oddly, this issue fixes itself if I turn my
machine on/off, and/or log on/off several times
(at least 2 or 3 times).  This issue has been
present since I received the machine last summer.
 I have just worked around it (ignored it), as I
do not shut down or log off my machine (ever). 
This morning something was up with firefox so I
had to do a restart, hence I went through the
multiple restart/logoff-on ritual and decided
someone should probably look into fixing the problem.

Jeff restarted his computer today and now he is
not able to to find his document folders on the
drives. He does not restart his computer, since
every time that he does restart his computer he
has issues with finding the drives on his
computer. The computer does not seem to get
network access for about 15 minutes after the
computer is restarted. He would like to have
someone take a look at the computer (preferably
Lori).
