I used the super anti spyware to scan the machine
and also clear the cookie from the cache.It help
improve the speed of the machine.

His computer is very slow. It takes about 15 
seconds for any new page to load. It is 
especially slow when he is on email. 

It has been going on for about 2 weeks and is 
getting worse. He is not up for an upgrade until 
next year.
