Took printer apart and couldn't find a jam. 
Nothing looks wrong inside the machine except its
really dirty inside near toner and also behind
near fuser.

Single cartridge printer, so replaced all of all 
colors.

No jam discovered, but jam error remains.

Needs some of all colors.

Printer is also not printing.  Printer says jam in
tray two.  No print jobs are going through.
