spooler on computer was stopped somehow.  made it
go again and it fixed it

a look asap.

She can select the printer she wants and hits
print and then nothing happens.  The printer has a
green light and is ready.  When she Cttl +p the
computer acts like nothing happened.

Tried to have her connect to another printer and
error said spooler isn't running.

Julia Smith was having some issues with her
computer. She tried to fix it and now she is not
able to print to any printer. She has a lot of
printing that she has to do today. She needs to
have someone come over today and help her out.
