maintenance kit was installed.  reset kit back to
100%. Test print came out clean.

She called to say printer is completely down now.

She called to check on request and wanted it noted
that it also still prints random pages.  It also
says something about "burgeson-l" remote on the
pages.  This is the same thing that has been
happening.

She got Adam's note, but was confused.  She tried
to connect to krusty, but she was unable to
download the printer driver.  She's also not sure
how to order a maintenance kit.  
She also did not know it was incorrect to connect
to Bart and thought that she could not because she
was on an older system.

restarted printer and cleared jam, deleted all the
other printers on the computers that were from
bart and told them they need a maintenance kit

This error is happening again. This has happens on
3 different occasions. It will print short lines
of code until the printer is out of paper. It will
continue to print without showing any print jobs.
Sharyne had to shut of the printer to stop the
printing.

she called again and asked for the ticket to be
closed. She walked in and the printer was working
fine.

When she tries to print to SS-socialscience the
print jobs come out with writing at the top of the
page and nothing like the print job is supposed to
be.  She tried restarting the printer but when she
turns it back on the print jobs go crazy and still
doesn't look normal.  She has it off now because
the printing won't stop.  She checked queue and
says there is nothing in there.
