I spoke with Andrew regarding this task and he
give me several idea. I reinstalled office 2007
because it wasn't working fine. After doing this I
enter the print management setting and uninstalled
the driver on the machine and reinstall the
printer on the machine. Now it work fine.

I looked up causes and it said to update windows.

It had about 51 updates so I updated them after
reinstalling the drivers many times and restarting
the computer and deleting print management
drivers.  Im out of things I can do for this.  

Do you have any suggestions?

The computer is in TODD 202, by the window.

When is tries to print in Word it gives her an 
error. Saying that "word can encountered a 
problem". 

If she tries to print in other applications it 
says "An unknown error has occured while printing"

-Restart did not help
-She has never been able to print from this 
computer
